  • We deliver every Tuesday from 9:30 am to 8 pm.

  • Most of our entrees are 1-1.5 portions.

    Burger patties are 1-2 portions.

    Dessert is 2-4 portions.

    The meal prep menu is meant for 1 person but can also be shared. Most of my clients get 1 to 1.5 meals with 1 container.

  • We offer delivery all across Orange County every Tuesday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.

    Delivery fees are usually between $10-$15 depending on your location.

    Laguna Beach delivery cost is $10.

    Rest of Orange County delivery cost is $15

  • We use organic avocado oil, organic olive oil and organic coconut oil.

  • We only source meat from BuyRanchDirect. It is 100% grass-fed and grass finished.

    All our fish and seafood is wild caught (never farm raised!)

  • Yes, most of the time we can do make substitutions or modifications. If you have a request, you can email florence@thewellritual.com and we’ll see what we can do!

  • Yes! All of our produce is organic—including our oils, vinegars, spices, and grains.

  • We deliver once a week on Tuesdays but don’t hesitate to contact me if you’d like to have a second delivery florence@thewellritual.com

  • 100% of our packaging is made from renewable plant-based materials. This packaging is 100% compostable, and becomes soil within 2-6 months when composted in a commercial facility.

    Even the lid that looks like “plastic” is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, tapioca roots or sugarcane.

  • The whole menu cost $185.

    Delivery in Laguna Beach is + $10.

    Delivery in Orange County is $15.

  • Yes! We can do many vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian swaps or modifications. To request a specific diet, contact florence@thewellritual.com

  • Yes! All the ingredients we use are gluten-free. We do not work in a gluten-free kitchen environment.

  • We don’t use dairy in our menu except for a few mealsi. If we use dairy it will always be mentionned and you can ask for dairy-free modifications.

    Some example of dairy sources would be organic feta cheese or grass-fed yogurt for some mediterranean sauces or dips.

  • Yes, many of our clients ask to order twice or more their favorite meals.

  • All our desserts are sweetened with organic dates or organic maple syrup.

    We only use white sugar for the pickling process.

  • No, we are not nut free. We do use nuts, especially in our desserts.

  • Yes, we do not use any eggs, even in our burger patties. Instead, we use flax meal eggs that help us to bind everything together.
