The Well Ritual is a place to find your center and live accordingly to your needs. We are all unique, and we have different food choices, bodies and lifestyles. What works for one person may not work for you. That’s why The Well Ritual offers only customized programs to transform your health.

small habits

Small habits make a big difference over time. This is why I offer 3 month and 6 month programs instead of individual appointments, so we can implement small habits after each session. You’ll gradually learn to make sustainable changes that improve your health without feeling overwhelmed.

Holistic approach

The Well Ritual considers a person as a whole: body, mind and spirit. You'll learn in your program that nutrition is not the only tool to achieve better health. Together we will discuss which other elements of your life need attention and find ways to improve them so you'll feel happier and more fulfilled in life.

Nutrition & lifestyle

 

I will guide you to become your healthiest version of yourself, find your ideal weight and improve your self-confidence. As a holistic Health Coach we will consider all of the elements of your life. This includes nutrition, physical activity, mental health, stress management and my 12 pillars of a balanced life.

You will learn which food gives you energy and which food doesn’t serve you. I will guide you on how to break the diet mentality by eating a balanced meal without portion restriction, calorie counting or fasting. By the end of the program you will have a healthier relationship with food and understand which food does and doesn’t work for you.

We will also identify your daily stressors and anxieties. We are living in a society that promotes stress and burnout. Together, we will find healthy ways to cope with your stress.

Gut Health & Inflammation

 

I offer a deeper focus on women who are suffering from digestive issues. Your gut is connected to nearly every organ and system in your body, from digesting your food, balancing your hormones, and strengthening your immunity to your emotional and mental well-being. We’ll get to the roots of your digestive issues and find what’s causing the problem. I will also guide you in superfoods and the nutrients to boost your immunity. There are solutions for you.

hormonal health

 

I offer a deeper focus on women who want to rebalance their hormones. If your hormones aren’t happy, neither are you. Hormonal imbalances are not only impacting your overall health but also your mood, your quality of life, your sleep, your relationships and your career. I will guide you step by step on how to restore your hormones with the right food and lifestyle modifications. You’ll also learn which external factors can influence your hormones aka endocrine disrupter and how to reduce them in your daily life.
