  • Leftovers of chicken and all the bones and carcasses

  • 1 carrots

  • 1 celery stick

  • 1 big chunk of finger

  • juice of a whole lemon

  • thyme

  • 1 red onion

  • 4-5 garlic cloves

  • Fill the pot with filtered water up
